Public Affairs Intern
During the summer before my Senior year, I volunteered as an intern at the U.S. Army Recruiting Command Public Affairs Office on Fort Knox. I collaborated with the Digital Media Specialist to design social media content that aligns with USAREC’s branding and communications goals, in addition to assisting the Media Relations Director in drafting and editing media advisories and monitoring media coverage and assist in preparing summary reports. I was given the opportunity to design and launch a social media campaign called "Recognized Recruiters" (Recruiter Spotlight).
Peer Career Mentor

During my Senior year, I worked as a Peer Career Mentor at EKU Office of Career and Advising Services. I monitored the resume inbox for student submissions, and revised resumes and cover letters before sending them back to students. I also held in-person appointments for resume and cover letter reviews, as well as mock interviews.

Golf Cashier and Bartender
I currently worked part-time while in high school, and summers and weekends while in college as a Golf Cashier which includes engaging with and checking in customers, working POS and handling cash, explaining the rules of the course, and supervising the game yard. I also work the food counter when needed which includes checking out customers, making drinks and ice cream, and ensuring food and drinks are stored and stocked according to health and safety regulations. Beginning in 2025, I also began filling in as a bartender and cook when needed.

Aftercare Teacher
I worked as an afterschool teacher during my sophomore year of college. I supervised a classroom of up to 14 children of Kindergarten age. This included executing a daily schedule and lesson plan, interacting and playing with children, completing incident and behavior reports, and communicating with parents and daytime teachers.
